So it's basically a gold spell without generic mana because overpaying by three mana is not something anyone includes this for?

It's a minor advantage being able to cast this as a wall in extreme need. But yeah; basically trinket text.

Now, if this was, say; a 2/3 non-wall that with blue is a clone? That would be occasionally interesting.
