Trying to be a slightly more fair version of Fireblast. It's 1 more damage, and the hard-cast is 1 less mana, but it's a Sorcery, the alternate cast is much more taxing/restrictive, and the card can't target creatures (for however often that actually comes up). Not sure if I've exactly hit the mark, maybe it should still be 4 damage.
