Mmm, nice. Tangle is a bit too good these days, but this is a Fog that sometimes acts as a Tangle/Sleep in a green-blue deck.

Original version was pretty much Tangle but with the bit about tapping attackers to deal with Vigilance. It WAS too good so I made the change to Fog-becomes-Tangle if {u} paid. Great in the right decks but not so splashable.
