Card Background: The Intaki Infiltrators became so realistic that they actually became "Elves" many developing their own personalities and living as elves. The birth of Taki has revealed the infiltrators as he has obvious insectoid features - most notably compound eyes.
So, he's a baby?
He's about 2 or 3 at this point
2/2 seems like a big toddler. The bonuses he grants make it seem like he's definitely revered rather than reviled.
Kind of funny combining a creature that has a normal life span of a few years with a creature that has a life span in the thousands, eh?
Well both sides currently want to control him, the elves because he can "hear" the Intaki Hivemind and would be as great tactical asset; the Intaki because they can "hear" Taki and therefore he is part of the hive.
How it will all turn out is anyone's guess (at least until set 3)
Yeah it is and that's one of the big things, what will his lifecycle/lifespan be ? Imagine how the Intaki could spread with lifespans of centuries or more - they'd overwhelm everything. Can the elves trust that nurture is as strong or straonger than nature? will Taki turn on them if left free?
A hybrid; half revered, half reviled.
From a gameplay perspective I'd expect this to be more 2/3. At 0/1 being a creature is definitely a drawback to this, so I'd make it cheaper accordingly.
