anyway, respectively. You'd have to get rid of the basic land types for this to work.

Strangely similar to my 20XX dual snow lands, which are popping up eventually. They felt really good on paper, but I fear that the problem they had in the real world is the same problem this land would probably have: Manipulating counters on lands is very annoying, and players have a tendency to forget, and just treat this as a dual land, since "I can't remember what the heck it's supposed to be doing this turn".

I second jmgariepy about counters on lands. When I've played with the storage lands like Dreadship Reef, I tend to avoid using the colored mana just because it's too much to think about.
