I think if someone's specifically put a card in this cardset in particular, it's likely to be okay. This cardset's description says "Open to all: throw your random ideas in here, or come along for some random ideas for your set."

This is a tweak on Awe Strike/Hallow, targeting the recipient of the damage rather than the creature or spell dealing it; looks like a sensible card to adopt into a set, indeed.
