This would be an insane card to play the game under... it's pretty interesting to think of how many different cards this affects. Completely hoses Ponder, Brainstorm, and Vampiric Tutor, for example. I wouldn't actually expect to see this printed so I'm not going to bother thinking of a correct cost for this. It's just for fun :)

Tutors-to-the-top don't work.

Tutors-to-the-bottom are potentially awesome.
