I don't know if that's what the wording should be. What I had looked real weird when I tried to exclude basic before target (non-basic target permanent mechanically sounds right but looks weird). Also not sure if sympathy for non-basic land players is necessary on a secondary and tertiary dual-color three cost sorcery.

I think this is pretty much correct. Should say "that isn't a basic land," and can probably be "If a land is destroyed this way"
