The intention is to get up to one one-cost, two-cost, and three-cost creature cards to your hand when this enters. If you only have one and two drop creatures but no three, you'd still get a one and two to your hand.

Is there significant design space overlap- yes.

Is Arrow of Justice better and this subsequently worse? That is a different question.

Arrow of Justice is an instant which is better, but has two white mana in its cost. Additionally, Arrow of Justice has a more limited scope, being only able to hit attacking creatures. Droning Follow-Through can hit any tapped creature, even though it can only be used at sorcery speed.

I'll admit that Arrow of Justice was designed to be the more versatile of two where I probably intended Droning Follow Through to be played more with other cards in the doom metal faction.

These are Illusion tokens that sacrifice and defender because they are only meant to serve as blockers. This is a two-drop uncommon. It should be support, not an engine.

Though originally I had give you the token whenever the creature became tapped, no condition about activating an ability. I wasn't sure if getting a 2/2 token for free, even if it's a blocker on a 2-drop-that's way more powerful than a faction mechanical-support uncommon should be.

For this set there are a higher number of Equipment cards than normal, but naya power is the only faction that has any special bonus from being equipped. As this card is UR which is within temur thrash

Hekkedia's heads each have an individual sense of self though they share all of Hekkeia's memories. Because of this, Hekkedia doesn't have the Elder type even though they were one of the first beings made of flesh and not mana alive on the plane of Helzauld.

I think this is pretty much correct. Should say "that isn't a basic land," and can probably be "If a land is destroyed this way"
