Name is taken by Diplomatic Immunity, which does something similar but in a rather more fun way.

Note that your reminder text is currently incorrect. If A casts this on B's creature, then the creature can't be the target of spells or abilities that B's opponents control. That's why Vines of Vastwood hasn't been errataed to use hexproof.

Actually, reading the Gatherer entry for Vines of Vastwood this card would need to have Hexproof replaced by "Enchanted creature can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control." the rulings section on VoV states that opponents would not to be able to target their own creature if you cast VoV on it.

Yes, that's what I was getting at. When I said "the reminder text is incorrect", obviously the reminder text (the current text) was a much better effect than actually granting hexproof to the creature.
