This is primarily a brainstorm. destroy target creature with a drawback that's only set-relevant is likely to strong to exist in a standard format. I added the mana value 4 or less clause as kind of a placeholder. The key features of the intention are "destroy target creature" and "Descend into the Underworld" on a two-drop removal spell.
