As long as Glarstcire Stormcaller is aerial, Glarstcire Stormcaller has "Remove a Sky counter from any creature and sacrifice Glarstcire Stormcaller: Deal 4 damage to target creature."
As long as Glarstcire Stormcaller is aquatic, Glarstcire Stormcaller has "Sacrifice a water token and Glarstcire Stormcaller: Counter target noncreature spell."
This is the worst iteration of tidal, since tidal is itself already a hoop to jump through and this piles more hoops on top of them.
Water tokens being aquatic seem especially redundant.

less if you control three or more Water tokens."
