I am unsure how to word Whirlpool. The targeted, if Blood-Cloud Oracle dies and you pay the Whirlpool cost, you can send your opponent's Elvish Mystic to the graveyard, but I think I'm missing the wording to indicate that the graveyard the Elvish Mystic is going to is its owner's graveyard and not your graveyard (this would subsequently apply to hand, exile, library, etc.).
I don't think you get around defining a new rules term e. g. "corresponding zone", which has its pros and its cons. Reminder text can be inexact to bring across an idea and be shorter. Consider replacing "goes to the same zone as this card" with "leaves the same way".
This would also mean that the verb from "leaves the battlefield" is repeated, which might help to get across the idea by association.
Note that it should be "When" rather than "Whenever" in the reminder text.
The whole text for "mana value equal to or less than ths creature's" is a lot of words. You could make this a parameter of the keyword,or something it automatically translates in reminder text to save text space.
Replacement effects are going to be "fun" with this. You should be very deliberate about effects that change which zone permanent goes to in this set.
just say "creature with mana value PARAM2 or less"
