This mechanic is normally red (Through the Breach, Incandescent Soulstoke etc), but it could probably be black, especially if you play up the "sacrificing other creatures" flavour.

I think it's a bit too narrow to just drop a creature onto the battlefield then immediately sacrifice it, unless black and other colours have a lot of ETB triggers. But this doesn't have to grant the haste. That'd make the summoned creature feel more like a minion being thrown around casually. (This could even add the type Minion to that card.)
