Definitely a bend/break, I would say.
All the hip Time Warp cards have an exile clause these days, right?
How is abilities triggering an action a player takes?
See the reminder text in the comment on the first linked card:
(Attacking, blocking, activating activities, being the source of a triggered ability, and being tapped or untapped as part of a cost as count as taking action.)
Admittedly, the shutdown of triggers is the most questionable. It should probably be removed.
