Made this an Eyrie bird instead of a Corvid bird.
Dungeon Geist at common?! I made it smaller and added decree. Might still be too good.
Changed to simple freeze instead of permafreeze.
The freeze mechanic is way more a Corvid mechanic than Eyrie. Maybe we can rethink the costs/stats of this and C01 to swap the factions back.
I like how the dungeon geists mechanic works with decree to make a powerful but fragile common, but Corvids don't have decree... Happy to reconsider!
Right. For that specific mechanical interplay, you can't swap the mechanics. I think since Freeze is such a Corvid ability, what if you put a different conditionally permanent ability on this instead, so you still get the cool interaction with Decree. Like maybe the Quicksmith Spy ability. Still would need to bump up the rarity to at least uncommon.
