So in this world you deep-fry things into shrines? Ok then :)
But also - isn't this effect, like, white? Sure, you're popping it under an artifact instead of under an enchantment - but that's a very minor variant on an o-ring. And this cantrips too?
This is the counterspell version. Remove Soul rather than Journey to Nowhere. Except with the "return" clause, so like a more restricted Ashiok's Erasure.
Sadly Shrine is currently an enchantment subtype, but details.
I was expecting this to be "enchanted creature can't be blocked. Double all damage dealt to it" :)
