How much should this cost? Overwhelm/Overrun suggests about +{4}. But this costs an extra card, (though I could add cantrip). This is wider, applicable to more things - but actually not so much that specific example, since this would hit opponents creatures too.

I'll try it at CMC3?

"Targets everything it can" -> so, the one thing it's allowed to target? Better off just granting overload, or at least using that template
