my thought process was "okay, so you get a Black Rune from enemy creatures dying because this creature killed them. What's a name that would illustrate this? I already talked about blood a couple times. Hmm. Intestinesre long, you could probably pull those out and arrange them as needed in the image of a rune."
But yeah, thati's more graphic than needs be perhaps and aside from Blood Eagle, which is a reference, there's no reason to expect imagery that would require such a degree of bodily mutilation and subsequent artistic/practical use from the set.
