It may be clearer to split that up differently, although I believe the second control change overwrites the first one as you intended

"Untap target creature and it gains haste UEOT. Gain control of it UEOT. If ~ was kicked, gain control of it instead. (The kicked effect lasts indefinitely.)"

Yeah, that is clearer. I might shorten the UEOT to just be this turn, because I have a feeling the text is going to go full yugioh on me if i don't.
