blue can't do +1/+1 counters i thought? You could make it say 'draw a card for each tapped creature you control.' that might be more blue and be big value.

Yeah, good idea. Would also make it less similar to Whistlehorn Wideback

I think drawing is too strong, but maybe another effect would be okay.
