Sorry for impeding on other's territory with this card.

Also, I wasn't sure what color to make this. Green has returning to the top of library, but I don't know where shuffling back in really occurs.

Shuffling from graveyard back in library happens all the time in green. Repopulate, Elvish Soultiller, more that aren't on the top of my head, and, most recently, Memory's Journey

Most iconically, Gaea's Blessing. Which is much, much better than this card.

Some subtlety in this letting you also trim your deck - but with a 40 or 60 card deck, not enough subtlety to care.

Hopefully this is a little more useful now.

Mmm. Yes. It's like Manipulate Fate with a Gaea's Blessing clause.

I like the idea, but think this is still probably underpowered. I may be wrong, but I don't think I'd play it for deck thinning; I'm not sure if I would if it was interacting with "search your deck" cards or something.

By this point, the flavor is pretty lost. What if it was exile three cards and put one from your graveyard on top of your library?

Took the last idea and modded it a little. I can agree that it's lost it's flavor though.
