This might be a tiny bit close to Hungering Puddle, but I'm somewhat limited by my source options here. The other one I could bring in is
Sockball
Instant
Sockball deals damage to target creature or planeswalker equal to the number of artifacts you control. All the bric-a-brac stored in Pinkie’s hair outmasses the girl herself.
I also considered bringing back Kindle Ambition at common, given that most Threaten variants are common these days. But red already has a bit of a problem with being too aggro-focused, so I think I prefer something like this. It will have plenty of targets with +1/+1 counters on, especially against green and white:
Bring in from the reserve list as a replacement for Comet Kick / Internal Freakout.
