Heh. Amusing. As a strict downgrade on Vedalken Orrery / Leyline of Anticipation, should be a lot cheaper.

There aren't very many sorceries you'd actually want to cast at instant speed, but there are enough to make those two fun, so I guess there should be some potential fun with this.

Also, the name feels like it should mention "inversion" or "reversal" or something. Even though Chaosphere doesn't, it should as well.
