Barter in Blood costs {2} {b} {b} . This affects one more creature of the opponent, gives you two tokens and you don't have to sacrifice for {2} {b} {b} {r} {r} as long as your opponent is not able to produce both colors of mana.

Any illusion of symmetry on this is broken with the color requirement on the activation cost.

Also betrayal is not something you want to keyword. It's not even betrayal either so much as infiltration.

Not sure if I agree with the name, but the effect is interesting. Would consider increasing its CMC.

(Betrayal cost no longer matches the reminder text. For what it's worth, I agree the Betrayal should cost six or more. Probably more. I didn't mention it, though, since I figured arguing the appropriate casting cost was the least interesting thing going on with this card.)
