This was created for Challenge # 004. See also Farrnhal's Light and Farrnhal's Grower.
The +2 and -X are nice. I'm assuming the +2 is meant to grant lifelink UEOT, rather than permanently, because otherwise you get yucky memory issues. But it's a nice simple-yet-useful ability, yet weak enough that +2 seems reasonable.
The -X is intriguing. I think it might be better if the planeswalker were cheaper, 4 or 3 mana rather than 5, because once you've got

how much more mana do you need?
The ultimate is a bit of a miss. What's the point? Who is it meant to target? If yourself then 2/2 isn't big enough - it'd likely nerf some of your big things even while it minorly pumps your tokens - and if the enemy then 2/2 isn't small enough. Compare with Ajani Goldmane's -1, which would make all your creatures at least 2/2 and is permanent, or Garruk Wildspeaker's or Garruk, the Veil-Cursed's ultimates.
I was thinking turning all your opponent's creatures into Grizzly Bears, but if you think that's too tough...
