I wish this could be a demon but demon is a creature type and making it gain it when crewed is awkward.
I feel this is pushed too far. Crew 1 means that the weakest of weak can crew this effortlessly. Reassembling skeleton is just 1B: Crew. What about doomed dissenter or hunted witness crewing this twice.
It doesn't take very many attacks with a 6/6 menace for this to either put you far ahead on board or life.
Most painful demons have a really high mana cost AND have some sac effect. This doesn't really have either.
Good point. Maybe something more like this?
I liked the sacrifice version, but I think it needed a higher crew cost. 2 or 3
