Changed name/reflavored

I was thinking more about Field of the Dead, but it definitely combos with your own lands, as well.

For that kind of power on a land it definitely shouldn't produce mana in it's own right. Think Maze of Ith, Dark Depths, etc

Lands that don't produce or deal with mana don't see print under current design rules.

There are alternatives if you want to decrease the functionality of the Compound. "{1}, {t}: Add {c}{c}." for example.

But, to be honest, in some ways this is less powerful than Tsabo's Web. It's strong against the deck that it punishes, but not against most decks.

I would, however, suggest adding the words "your opponent controls". If anything is making this card too powerful to produce mana, it's the fact that you can build around it.

That makes it more powerful in some ways, though.
