I feel like this disincentivizes having insects, since you don't want to lose this card. Unless you're going the route of Endrek Sahr, which needs a good creative treatment but could be interesting

Huh. Y'know, I completely forgot Endrek existed... which is a shame, because that is in fact the exact sort of flavor I was going for (He makes insects until they eat him alive). I just couldn't come up with a name that got the flavor across. It's practically redundant with Endrek being a card that exists though.

Though I'll note that this is the second version of this card. The original was for my old egypt set, Hyksos, where it was called "Scarab Crafter" (being inspired by the depiction of flesh-eating scarabs in The Mummy). I was looking through my old cards and decided to try making a better balanced version that was in more appropriate colors for the effect (The original was a blue artificer that made insect artifact creatures), and didn't want to pull that set back to the front page (since it's dead as a doornail). Flavor-wise it probably worked a bit better there.
