Now that Faithless Looting is banned in modern, I felt like riffing on it to see how the design could be improved to stop graveyard decks from abusing it but giving red its card selection.

This version would stop graveyard shenanigans but would allow Eternal Scourge and the like to be card advantage. A small and not really dangerous price.

Biggest risk: The Teshar Squee deck could use this as a card advantage tool.
