This is cool because it's like it's own variation of looting.

without the mechanic it reads:

"Draw a card. Then, you may discard a card. If you do, draw a card"

Which is like Looting for {1}{u} that cantrips, but both effects are optional and in the other order.

I wonder if this would play nice or nah.
