Is cost vs. effect alright here?

Seems good to me. Compare to Taste for Mayhem.

Moved to CR08

Moved into "creature pump aura" slot. Red doesn't always get that, but I think it makes sense here. We can try variants of this if we need to, but I think it's the perfect simple executation of the "all in" mechanic.

Seething Force would be another good candidate for this slot, but we probably only want one +x/+0 effect.

Poking my head in on red. Does this need the "as long as enchanted creature is tapped" rider? It doesn't ask for all in, and I think it's pretty obvious that this card is much better on offense...

Good question. Probably not. I think I'll leave it as is for the first playtesting, since "red all in" is what we want to test most, but it would probably be better to give the card more options.

This was fun and interesting. It very much encourages one strategy, but it does give a decent-sized reward for that strategy.

That's probably the response we're aiming for... trying to reward a specific player for that way that guy always played. I know that when Hellbent hit, some people liked it, some people balked at it, but some people LOVED it.
