Does having two black in the casting cost mean it can be slightly more versatile than Doom Blade?

Perhaps have "Destroy target white, blue, green or red creature"? :) I'm not sure of the cost.

Then it couldn't get colorless creatures. Not that that's bad, but then it could probably be {1}{b}.
