Like Chained Minotaur and Callous Master, this needs help on the drawback vs. strength, I think.

The reward should be greater. 3/3 Haste probably wasn't strong enough in black for {4}{b} to begin with. I'd suggest bumping to 4/2.

Yeah, I was going to say this wants to be a bit better. Reminds me of Warren Pilferers, which is a lot better (although it's also playing a different role, which may be taken by Return to Service in this set of commons).
