Very close to being a black card. If the wording was "Sacrifice a non-enchantment permanent", it would seal the deal.

Wow. Seems quite strong. Quite an upgrade on Infernal Tribute. I mean, okay, that was a weak card, but I think this should at least have a mana cost of {1} on the ability or something.
