I get that you're trying to reference the lucky charms, but it's very confusing that it's not a modal charm
I think that's kind of shortsighted. If all "charms" in MTG are expected to be modal spells (because of ravnica, tarkir and alara did stuff like that with those names) then i am disappointed, charms could mean lots of things, and i think they should.

Don't forget five times in Dominaria - doubled in Jamuraa, for its Dragons, in Otaria, and during the era leading up to the Mending. More than half the charms are older than all the ones you mention and from a single different plane.
And considering the alternative cycle refered to scepters, thrones and cups etc., any of those would be names not associated with different mechanics already and in-line with this kind of artifact.
