SecretInfiltrator pointed out on the card Stagger Reality that colorless cards aren't clearly defined yet, so it's hard to say if something is in its slice of the 'color pie' or not.

Which got me thinking about what should be in their color pie. This was the only ability that seemed like an automatic choice. Especially since it never really made sense in red, the color we're stealing this away from (though, Red still has access to it, the same as the rest of the colors.)

This'd definitely be a common. I mean Urban Utopia is a common and it helps fix your mana. This does nothing except help trigger "colourless matters" themes in whatever limited environment it'd be printed in.

It counters cards that don't matter anymore is what it really does. Circle of Protection: Red, Black Knight and Deathmark all get hammered by this. But we don't really print those kinds of cards any more, so you're right Izaac. More of a common.
