Neat.
I was trying to think of what crazy shenanigans this would set up if it applied to all players. It's a pretty good set up when attacking with Death's Shadow. But I think winning the game by attacking with Abyssal Persecutor is the dream.

I kinda like the ability.
I kidna fear the fights that will break out about whether "When ~ attacks..." style abilities get suppressed or not.
I don't know Magic rues. Would I be correct that a "when ~ attacks" type ability would go on the stack, and therefore, still resolve?
Right now this is written halfway between a static ability and a triggered ability. Depending on which it is, that affects how it interacts with other cards. My preferred template is
> When a creature you don't control attacks, it loses all abilities until end of [turn or combat].
In this case, attack triggers go on the stack, then the creature loses all abilities, then the attack trigger resolves. That's very straightforward. Otoh, it looks like you were going for a static ability, which would be
> Attacking creatures you don't control lose all abilities.
In this case, no attack triggers happen, since those go on the stack as the last step (508.1m) of the "declare attackers" turn-based action, but they lose all abilities in the step before (508.1k). That's confusing though.
Thanks dude1818!
