I don't like the wording of the first ability. You want a wording that changes the outcome of having a negative power/toughness not changes the value itself.

Should be a -2/-2 rather than a 2/2.

Where else are you gonna pull that trick?

Oh yes, good point, that combos with -X/-X effects.

Not sure of wording. Something like "Creatures are put into the graveyard as a state-based effect only if their toughness is zero. (Negative toughness creatures are not, but any amount of damage is enough to destroy them.)"

But is there a way to do it without referencing the existing rule?
