Ha! Gives them a terminal form of first strike :) Why "blocking" rather than "blocking or blocked by"?
Very nice. The use of Phyrexian mana is a fun modern touch. I can see this recursion ability being used more than Undead Gladiator's was.
This ended up really weird, but hopefully interesting...
That could be absolutely brutal. It's also strange, in of the fact that it hoses players with big creatures... something Wizards tries to avoid doing. That being the case, this card does hit Scalpy and Delerium right on the nose.
I'll be tackling this tomorrow... I'm to tired for now, but I do love cycles.
Blue 2/2 for Challenge # 002. Blue was the hardest to do, since there are only so many keyword abilities that matter in these scenarios. This could have been Trample, but it wouldn't work when attacking. I did think about turning this into a blue slime, and giving the creature that killed it in battle the ability to Level Up... which would have been funny, but would have broken the symetry... it just would have been too wordy, and it would be hard to imagine the ooze being an ambassador...
Well, this was interesting. Some of my cards may have ended up a bit broken, though... Ingot Knight, Phyrexian Gladiator, Advance Pyrokineticist, Dazing Spoil, and Delirium Scalping. I had the opposite problem. The first few were hard, and then it got easier.

White 2/2 for Challenge # 002. I'm hoping this guy doesn't need reminder text for people to figure out what's going on. The "it doesn't say until end of turn", should probably become obvious, because that would be useless. The rule book may need to be updated, though, to deal with what happnes when something "gains vanishing".

2/2 green creature for Challenge # 002. I admit, it's a little odd making a green creature that grants flying, but I hope the flavor of the card makes it work. It's also funny that, with no support from your deck, this card is just a Grizzly Bear.
OK, this one was harder than I thought - the restriction of not being allowed to use any Keyword abilities is quite restrictive. Anyway, here's what I came up with:
(((Brimstone Battlemage))), (((Ragewild Battlemage))), (((Serenity Battlemage))), (((Mindcloud Battlemage))), (((Mindrot Battlemage))).
A cycle of Battlemages with enemy-colour activated abilities (and named after the abilities - which is why some names may seem strange given their colours).
Not sure if they are in anyway balanced within themselves but hopefully they are all interesting.
The cost to activate the abilities can be a drawback whereas the abilities themselves are advantages that aren't usually available to the parent colour (I hope).
