Indeed, I don't usually suggest increasing the power on lands, but it could possibly be even stronger -- the 5-color ability is probably a bit more useful than "add one mana of any color to your mana pool", but not strictly better (since it makes it hard to cast CC spells), and "add one mana of any color" costs "tapped + " to come into play or ", " instead of "". It probably needs a drawback bigger than that (as lots of cards use a BUGWR cost as a significant hurdle), but maybe take both of Alex's suggestions?! :)

This is still rather bad. Without the ability to tap for colourless, it's useless before turn 5; see Temple of the False God. You could either add ": Add ", or take the activation cost down to ", ".
