  The activated ability requires targeting a triggered ability to activate, even if you're not spending blue. As for what Link said, a 2/1 indestructible flyer in blue is really good, but even less allowed in red/green.

  Even with that drawback, a 2/1 indestructible with flying for two mana is pretty crazy, especially in mono blue!
