  Ditch the threshold and it's probably still reasonable. It doesn't do anything else, it's only opponents, which balances it against the various 'whenever someone casts an artifact' type of cards. It's verra nice in multiplayer, though. But it's still slow and conditional lifegain; it's never going to be superpowered.

  Islanwalk (and 8-mana 6/10 islandwalker) seem awfully bad. It's okay if this is worse than the white one, but double strike+lifelink and islandwalk are really not meant to be in the same cycle.

  Everything aside, I like that it's a spell that does nothing on resolution.

  I don't like it being 6/6 (white shouldn't casually get big creatures outside cycles or special occasions). I prefer it it was itself a 3/3 with double strike and lifelink or something.

  Also, the wording is "...and you control three or more Plains,...".

  Strange. But comparing to Ajani's Mantra, this is very weak.

  I don't mind weak cards. I just don't like them to be conditional/hard-to-earn life gain that doesn't pay off because people seem to hate those.

  I think it should to limit splashing them in other color decks for quick mana ramping.
  Thus this should be "exile a blue card from your hand", etc.

  Also, a Topaz is normally Yellow, why is one making blue mana ?

  Like the variable threshold. I'd considered it myself and have been hoping WotC would go back to it and do something like it. Very nice. Lots of design space I think.

  keeping with the flavour of Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, this could be Karakas, Sanctum of Serra. Blue Could be Tolaria, Academy of Urza; Green Pendlehaven, Heart of ??? (Insert whichever forest it is located in here) and Red Hammerheim, Seat of (some famous red Legend/Planeswalker, etc)
