I like it. Sadly the name is taken by Hesitation - I suggest adding an adverb like "Momentary" or "Brief" or something before the name. I'd also suggest this could do a little bit more: how about something like "loses first strike, double strike and haste"?
White... doesn't, mechanically, currently. Flavour-wise it definitely could though. White does have a long history of Resurrection/Breath of Life effects. In the past couple of years WotC have been restricting themselves to make white only resurrect cheap creatures (Return to the Ranks, Timely Hordemate, etc).
This... is a colour bleed. But it's a lot closer to acceptable than some of your other colour bleeds. I'm not sure what to recommend.
It's a pity the name doesn't fit so well with a sorcery saying "Return target creature with CMC 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield", as that'd be squarely within white's current colour pie.
Personally I'm fine with a custom set containing common removal at Murder's power level. But be aware it is against Wizards' current design principles.
As I mentioned on Dragon's Wing, take the costs down. Given Viridian Claw and Sharpened Pitchfork this probably wants to cost either or total between equip cost and mana cost... maybe or given that the bonus does synergise very well with the effect.
Take the costs down on all of these. Make them playable if you don't find a match for them. Given Neurok Hoversail this should cost a total of between mana cost and equip cost.
I also feel that the condition should be "or" rather than "and". Assembling four uncommon equipment is going to be really quite hard. Let it trigger off any of the other three, though, and you've got a nifty set of possible combos. So I think it should read
> If equipped creature is also equipped by Equipment named Dragon’s Fang, Dragon’s Claw, or Dragon’s Scale, it has haste.
If you do want to keep the requirement for all of them, then I'd say take the total number of equipment down from 4 to 3. Compare Sword of Kaldra/Shield of Kaldra/Helm of Kaldra: once you got all three of those onto the battlefield you had a 9/9 indestructible trample haste first-strike exiletouch with : regenerate!
Yes. Unhinge is fine in monoblack, but upping it to instant speed needs some extra cost: making it gold is a good answer, and naturally breaks up the two effects into a black one and one that looks blue (even though all colours do get to cantrip). Pleasing.
I think I'll keep it, it's only a slight color bleed.
Yeah, white is tertiary in this I think. Unlike blue or red, it gets to do this, but only on like one card per Standard cycle.
I thought white did get this from time to time. It gets Remember the Fallen, after all.
But Village Survivors is green.
Yes, that's right.
Thanks, just to make sure, the way I worded this it can target a creature with none of the above abilities if you just need a cantrip, right?
Alright, thanks.
Looks huge to me, but Village Survivors is actually decent precedent for this.

Hmmmmmm. This is normally a black effect (Disentomb/Raise Dead). Green gets things like this with Nature's Spiral.

Honor of the Pure effects are normally rare, and can be slightly cheaper than this.
Whoa! That's huge! Looks like it should cost at least 7 mana if not more.
Strong. I'd say take the toughness down slightly to 4. I'd play it.
This is a green effect (Plummet).
Just to reinforce Link's point, observe Flesh to Dust, the up-to-date version of Murder :( Also compare Grasp of Darkness to Throttle/Lash of the Whip.

You may like to note that the card Vengeance itself is monowhite :) (As is Akroma's Vengeance. Admittedly Burning Vengeance is red, as is Stalking Vengeance... but then Sorin's Vengeance and Ancestral Vengeance are black.)
