I like it. Sadly the name is taken by Hesitation - I suggest adding an adverb like "Momentary" or "Brief" or something before the name. I'd also suggest this could do a little bit more: how about something like "loses first strike, double strike and haste"?

Thanks, just to make sure, the way I worded this it can target a creature with none of the above abilities if you just need a cantrip, right?
