You know, of all the crazy things, I was just thinking about this yesterday. The blue is harder to justify, but I think it does a good job balancing red, which really is Captain America. Or least, Captain America was red during the Civil War storyline, or when he's taking umbrage with Tony Stark over forming an Illuminati. Steve Rogers believes in the ideal America, not necessarily the one we got. And whenever the government turns against its people, he fights to protect the rights of the everyman.
Or to put it another way, I've heard Captain America explained as being "What Democrats wish Republican were." Libertarian, but society building. I don't want to drag politics into this... I'm only bringing this up to point to the fact that Steve Rogers seems to be a dichotomy of both Red and White. Just not red's violent side.
Yikes. I would simplify this by making it just a regular, non-equipment artifact. That way it's like you, the planeswalker, are wielding the gauntlet, and it leaves you with a little bit of textbox space. I like that this is flexible, but really, it just ends up being difficult to parse easily.
I haven't read the Thor comics, but going by the movie, I could very much see him being mono-red. A quick search of blogatog reveals that Maro believes him to be White-Red, though, so good job. :)
Making him Patriotic colors is cute, but I'm pretty sure the Captain is mono-white. There's not anything blue about him, at any rate, and I struggle to see the red.
Professor X is definitely blue and white, but I think he might have some black in him, too.
You've done a much better job selecting a suite of abilities here that suit the character and his powers, but I do feel like it's too many lines of text. The ability to recruit mutants is cute and flavorful, but I would cut it. I think that drawing an extra card every turn for four mana is pretty powerful, by the way.
I think there's a decent argument for Magneto being WUBRG (it would even add to the idea that he's such a polarizing figure, since everyone can appreciate his arguments, sometimes.) He's
White, because he believes in order, community and governance.
Blue, because he's a strategist, who's lock in a long game with his eternal rival, Professor X, another thinker.
Black, because his goals are ultimately selfish, and serve to elevate a minority group at the expense of others.
Red, because he's prone to flights of passion, and his beliefs are centered around the desire to right serious injustices
And Green, because his arguments often center around might as a means of authority. He believes that mutantkind is more powerful than humankind, and mutants should naturally rule their inferiors.
That's all good theory, and would make a decent idea. But to get back to this card in specific... yeah, that's too many words. And none of them scream "I am Magneto!" I suggest focusing on one thing... and I'm not digging the "for each Mutant" thing. Magneto's never been a leader in the same way Prof. X has... as long as Magneto's goals are not met, he generally uses people instead of builds. And geez... I can't imagine Magneto being any less than a 5/5...
Whatever Magneto is, he's certainly white, and I can see the black, too. I don't know enough about Marvel to say whether he's blue, but I'm sure Maro does.
The words would be slightly less scary if the author credit was in the artist credit slot rather than the flavour text spot. But even so, Vitenka has a good point - this card has way too many words.

I'm surprised this doesn't steal things.

You actually read all those words?
TOO MANY WORDS! Make them go away, mommy!
I believe MaRo is on record saying that Magneto is

. It's also strange to me that his card has nothing to do with artifacts.
