Whoa. Tapping for unconditional mana has never been done this cheaply before. Even green has to pay 3 mana for it - Nantuko Elder - and at uncommon too. Should this perhaps have the Vedalken Engineer "spend only on artifacts" rider? It's way too good otherwise. It'd be pretty unheard-of for white to get a two-mana creature that taps for one mana, let alone two.
Much better. Although you seem to have lost the "for the first time" bit, so this looks like it's giving infinite attack phases now, assuming intimidate is enough to keep this alive. I assume that's not what you meant.
I fear this probably doesn't affect itself. You could make it more explicit by saying either "~ and other artifact creatures" or "Other artifact creatures".

well, it doesn't get untapped, so if you have an effect that untaps it, then yes, infinite turns.
