To be honest, if the line was broken into two parts, with the second part becoming ": Blue instants and sorceries cost less to cast", it would still be played in 100% of the blue decks out there (well, except for those that included no instants and sorceries. But you get the point.)
wlframe and amuseum: Which browser and OS are you using? I think it's more likely to be a strange piece of browser autofill behaviour than a bug in that particular piece of my script, because although the code I've written may well have bugs in it, that code is mostly pure Ruby on Rails which is a pretty stable platform normally.
Maybe you already had power and toughness entered on her as a creature, and then changed her into a planeswalker? I hope the browser shouldn't be auto-filling in power and toughness on a Multiverse card form.
I guess the site shouldn't show power and toughness on planeswalkers even if the user enters them, though. I've created Don't show planeswalker P+T to fix this.
@Alex thats actually a bug in the programming, it happened to my other planeswalker as well
She should be 3, but thats what came out when I created her

Restricting it to card type as well as colour makes a lot of sense. It's still very very good, though.
And it enables two mana on turn 1. (And presumably a green one would be two mana for creatures...) I don't think it being legendary makes up for that.
Meli-chandra, if you will @Alex, I was using firefox; I am now using Opera
Chandra instead of Melisandre?

Build this one around Oberyn Martell, did not even consider the implications!
Thanks Alex!
