Nimbus of the Isles is a "baseline" card like Runeclaw Bear. I'd definitely expect to continue seeing obsoletions or near-obsoletions of Nimbus of the Isles at common most years. Even Kamigawa had one: Shinen of Flight's Wings.
This is interesting because this is a "symmetrical drawback" effect, but one that's easy to build around. 3/3 is certainly fine.
The strongest part of this card is that it can bounce itself.

possibly too good for common. compare it to prescient chimera. this card:
i'd feel better about this card if it was a 3/4 or a 3/3
What about "each enchanted creature gains hexproof"?
This is much more reasonable. I like it. Unlike the other, once you break this you've probably already guaranteed a win anyway.
