Heh, yes, now it's like Ruhan of the Fomori: the randomness entirely disappears in duels.
Maybe; doesn't change that people tend to really dislike effects unless there's at least some upside to the randomness. This is much better now it's random opponent; though also now not very random in most games.
It is not intended to be entirely painless. A 2/3 body for HH is highly unusual in these colors, and some sort of downside is to be expected.
Coin flip cards are, nowadays, normally at least some upside on both branches.
This is downside on both branches; and one of them pure downside. Seems painful.
I think it's fine to be
. But I'm not sure about common. I know Raise Dead and Remember the Fallen are common, but Regrowth and Nature's Spiral are both uncommon, as in fact is Call to Mind.
It's just a limited style of regrowth (cf. Awe for the Guilds, Pyroconvergence, Ultimate Price, Pure // Simple, Trial // Error, Brace for Impact...), though I should probably consider making it an instant.
ETA: I'd forgotten about Reborn Hope. That card is only uncommon and multicolor due to Alara Reborn's schtick, though. In a ravnica set, the card has significantly less targets.
Plausible; but what connection is between green and gold? Or is this just Regrowth but a bit limited so a bit cheaper than it would be nowadays?
expensive painter's servant that turn things monocolored? only matters if color matters, which in shadowmoor it did.
